Welcome to our osteopathic practice where we offer gentle osteopathic treatment for the whole family, from newborn to the elderly. 

Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare focusing on the structure of the body ,eg muscles, ligaments, nerves, bones and joints.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy so we use our hands to relieve pain, tension and stiffness, helping you to feel more comfortable and to help your body function more efficiently.  We pay attention to detail and aim to help people to help themselves, not just provide a quick fix.

We consider all aspects of a person’s welfare including physical and mental, exercise and relaxation, nutrition, body-use and posture, effects of physical and emotional stress.

Elizabeth Clayton and Karen Lester work as a team, so if one of them is unavailable the other will have access to the relevant notes and can ensure continuity of care. They are both fully qualified, experienced, caring osteopaths and specialise in Cranial Osteopathy.

Our clinic is situated at the beautiful Nine Springs Natural Health Centre in Yeovil, Somerset.   Nine Springs is five minutes walk from Yeovil town centre. There is a (small) carpark at  Nine Springs.   There are full-time reception staff from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, and ansaphone outside these hours.
